I hope you are all having a good day with family and friends and take a moment to remember those who lost their lives for all of us.
The stores were all prepared for the day.
These little bags of flowers were so cute. They each had a tiny Uncle Sam hat inside.
When all the boxes of beer are stacked up, they make an American flag!
Even the energy drinks were celebratory
And so it goes out and about on Memorial Day Sunday.
“The brave
do not fade; they echo.”

What a great series of photos for reflection
I love your photos saluting Memorial Day and the quote at the end about the brave, Ginny. So true! We should always be grateful to those who were willing to die for our freedoms here in America.
Very nice Memorial Day post.
How cool the way they stacked the beer to make a flag.
Very thankful for all who have served and for those who gave all.
You were very observant Ginny and captured some good photos. Prayers for all the families who have loss loved ones who served this great nation. My grandson is on year 10 of serving and I pray for him every single day as well as all of our military men and women. ❤️πΊπΈ
A beautiful quote to go with this lovely post Ginny. Thank you to all our peacekeepers on this Blessed Day.
While the photos were nice to see, Ginny, somehow it seemed like so much marketing than remembrance of the significance of Memorial Day. But, then most other holidays are much the same as far as merchandising goes...sell, sell, sell.
I love the bright patriotic colors. We'll be seeing this for quite some time as we head toward our Independence Day celebrations!
That beer display is so creative. And I like that firecracker blow up. aahh, those red roses are beautiful. Thanks for sharing those, Ginny. Have a blessed May week. Can't believe it's almost June!
Happy Memorial Day - do you shoot off fire works - we used to but no more.
