How I See God In My Everyday Life
Beautiful photos of the melting ice and snow Ginny. In Alaska, after eight months of cold and darkness there is a season between Winter and Spring. We called it Break-up. The time when a winter's worth of snow melts reveling all the dirt and trash underneath. Also while I lived there we had three different volcanic eruptions so some years there was also volcanic ash to make the melting snow even dirtier.Your melt is far more beautiful than break-up.
PS, I love your header photo!
Beautiful pictures, Ginny.... I love seeing the icicles. But--it makes me wonder where all of that snow/ice/water GOES after such a huge snow amount... Gads!!!! It will be muddy 'til Summer!!!!Beautiful header!Hugs,Betsy
We had quite a meltdown here on Thursday. We can now see the ground in places. There's still some snow from the piles where I cleared the driveway, but it is supposed to be even warmer on Friday. I'm delighted.
well the ice man did for sure cometh in your direction this year, great photos that tell the whole story. i like the header. did you make the sign? or was it somewhere in your travels in the snow? Break Up sounds like a good name for this time of year, Eek on volcanic eruptions, don't want to be around those.
What amazing views of the meltdown here ... and lovely Chinese dragon header too ;-)Hugs and blessings,
