Tonight I was ready with my camera when the Super Moon rose! It is called super because it is much closer to the earth at this time, so it is bigger and brighter. And that's just super with me! It started out huge and orange, then as it rose it got paler and smaller. A beautiful sight to see. So if you didn't see it, here it is.

HI Ginny Superb shots of the moon. Hope you are having a great weekend.
we just saw it at 4 am and wow is it bright, the back yard is lit up like we were in a stadium. i told bob, not a good night to get up to mischief with that moon. the two shots with the trees at the bottom look like a giant was munching on a moon cookie
