I have an update on the Mystery House! For my new followers, this house is a few blocks away. For many years it has had this scaffold in front of it, yet no work is ever done!. There is no grass to mow because the tiny yard is full of flowers. There is always a truck parked in front, but never any signs of life.Well, awhile ago the scaffold disappeared and they got this pretty front door. I was amazed and pleased. But shortly later, the scaffold was back up, oy!!! The mystery continues...
“Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my
life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.”
Psalm 23

Oh dear, a mystery house. It looks nice, not abandoned, but how odd to have the scaffolding which isn't used.
Well how fascinating is that? It is a very pretty house and I love all the flowers in the front. Happy day to you Ginny :)
It looks like they might be hanging shutters and maybe painting the gutters? I like that red door!
It is a charming home and yard and that front door is beautiful. It is quite a mystery!
That is a pretty door. Quite the mystery though with the scaffolding.
I remember your post on the mystery house. Maybe the scaffolding is lawn/house art?? You need to find out. Inquiring minds want to know.
Best,
Bonnie
What in the world? This is so interesting. Hopefully one day the mystery will be solved :)
Very weird! Looks like a house with so many possibilities.
True intrigue. Such pretty flowers and front door.
I remember this house and can't believe that scaffold is still there. i like the front door, if it took years to do the door, that scaffolding may be there for another 20 years. be sure to let us know if they take it down again
it is a strange mystery, isn't it?
The house is adorable and the red door is just perfect for this structure. Keep us posted!!! What photo editing site do you use to do the watercolor photos..
Have a blessed day.
I love a good mystery!!!
I LOVE that yard...the new door is nice. Sure would love the know the mystery of the scaffolding!
A neighbor that is slow in renovating and desires privacy.
That is strange about the scaffolding. Hmmmm.
If that ever gets done,it could be a beautiful place.
Interesting... Love the flowers though... Beautiful!
Maybe somebody owns the house and is 'gradually' ??? renovating it.... Keep us posted.
Hugs,
Betsy
It's a beautiful house.
curious and curiouser....
I wonder what the owner intend to do with it.
But most amazing are the flowers. The place not over grown with weeds
That sure is a mystery house. Looks like very well taken care of, though...flowers are beautiful!
ha, well it will sure be beautiful when finished!
How interesting! Looking forward to the next episode!
