Shine On, Harvest Moon

Tonight was the full Harvest Moon. O.K., I was one day late. But there were too many clouds last night! Big and orange, watch it rise with me.

“But the seed planted in the good earth represents those who hear the Word, embrace it, and produce a harvest beyond their wildest dreams.”

we have been watching this moon for the last 4 days, ginormous when we were driving to the YMCA at 5:15 every day and this morning at 4 am the bottom of the pool was so lit up we could count the sand grains. we both got in and just floated and enjoyed the moon light. moon light is so special and today the moon was not as big as the last 3 days. great shots of this beautiful moon

Believe it or not, the other morning when I was leaving for work, there was that great big beautiful harvest moon in the sky and I thought to myself "Ginny should be doing her harvest moon post soon"

Wow, such gorgeous moon shots! I was aware of full moon when I left for work, but then completely forgot by evening.

I was out walking the dog last night and really did appreciate the moon. It really is large and clear right now. You photos turned out great.

Looks like a beautiful Orange to me, so this is the Harvest Moon... thanks for sharing... I never thought the moon could be so fiery orange in colour... what I see over here is always a pale whitish moon from my side. :)

Just read your comment on 'Mad Snapper' regarding the hearing aids. Tom eventually came to the conclusion that he should wear his after me complaining about how many times I had to repeat a question.

What a beautiful moon!

Nothing is wrong. I've just been blogging for almost seven years and am feeling some blogging burnout!
