Yes, in a couple of days, it is Independence Day! I remember two years ago, I was there in Sacramento celebrating in one of the state fairs.. this year, I came back one month early otherwise I would be able to celebrate one more time too!
I think this is a beautiful flag, Ginny. I have never seen anything like it before. I wonder if the owners of the home have a Native American heritage? It takes a LOT to "offend" me and undoubtedly some folks are offended when they see this flag... but I'm not. The flag is meaningful to someone in the household and brings them comfort when they see it & fly it. That's good enough for me. :-)
Blessings on your day~ Andrea

I agree with Andrea. It is a beautiful flag :)
Happy Independence Day! Someone has great idea to come up with a great flag!
under the rules of etiquette for flags this is a no no. it said even napkins and other things that look like flags are illegal. I really have often thought that all the rules about the flag are silly. not sure if it is even legal. but then neither is breaking the speed limit and it looks pretty to me
I think it is pretty even though it might offend some folks. Just like the Confederate flags are offending some these days. Why are people so quick to find fault with everything, especially that which is part of our history? I love to see the stars and stripes, though, in any form. God Bless the USA!
I like it although people who are fanatics about rules regarding the flag would say it's wrong.
It's okay by me...natives here before us!
We've seen a similar flag around here. I don't have a problem with it.
It sure is a beauty...whatever it means. I too wonder if who lives there has an Indian heritage.
i agree with andrea! interesting flag!
