It's a very pretty flower Ginny. Have a blessed Sunday
How pretty. I don't think I've ever seen this plant before. It's funny hearing that they mixed this with nicotine and smoked it to help asthma.
none here and I have never seen any that I remember. I love that last photo.. the view behind the flowers is so special.. I have never heard of leaves in shoes but now that I read this, sounds like a good idea.. it seems the people who lived before all our new fangled boots and socks, managed to live well with what they had.
How interesting! I've never heard of Mullein. Love the Mullein rainbow!
Sorry, not familiar with this plant. I would love some leaves for warmth tho. I cannot handle cold weather. Thank you for being so kind and visit me often.
Wow, they are very pretty! I love the photo of Mulleins with rainbow and the last one with blue mountains! I didn't know about the flower but sounds like it has many uses!
You have captured true beauty in these photos. i'm not sure we have that plant here.If we do at least I've never noticed how pretty it can be.
So pretty and so interesting that it has so many benefits!
WOW ... I think it is beautiful.
Thank you for the Anniversary wishes. We did eat the base of the cake, it did not topple over. ;-)
Oh my, what memories.
Love, Carla
it's pretty, especially mixed with the pink flowers! i've never heard of it before...now i will be on the lookout!
They're gorgeous blossoms!!! I've seen these before but didn't know their name. Now, thanks to you I will remember it.
Love the rainbow in the backdrop.
Sorry I haven't visited in so long, we've had sporadic power outages and I figured I'd catch up while on my phone today, instead.
I will have to look out for it. Such a versatile plant. Your photos are outstanding Ginny, always enjoyable :)
I always like these plants...I could probably walk over a block and find some at the railroad...
Very pretty... Now I know this flower is called Mullein! Thanks for sharing and I could see the rainbow at the background.. good photography, Ginny!
Mullein is a nice name for a flower. Love the soft yellow blooms. You make a great shot with the rainbow in the background! Have a beautiful day!
Ours is not in bloom quite yet. It is also good for ear infections!
We had a similar plant on our farm when I was a kid. We called them cow's tails. The flowers are beautiful on the plant.
