I was completely mystified. So in a few days, we drove by in the daylight. I soon found out what is really is. Now, can you guess? In my next post, I will show you more and tell you the answer!

Is someone using that as a chicken coop? And maybe the red lights were warming lamps?

i am thinking chicken coop but it sure is a fancy one... and why red lights at night. are you getting snow? just saw the VA is hit hard...it could be a rabbit hutch...
Warming lamps maybe. The suggestions above make sense.
But I have to admit my first though was a child was having a night time birthday party/sleepover and the lights were for a game or ambiance.

I was thinking a cute little chicken house as well.
Looks like it could hold some baby chicks.
I remember my mom used to light up the chicken coop but not in this red light.
