I came across these two cars and stopped to look them over, because I am old too. The cars and I are well taken care of, and I hope we all have some spunk left in us!
Your
radiator's busted,
And your dustpan's on the bum;
Your gearshift's dry and rusted,
And you cannot go or come...
Your windshield's broke, your starter's stuck,
The rear-end lights won't burn;
In fact, old top, you're out of luck
And hardly worth a durn.

Old, but still of value and love.
Old but still running.
Old but still precious to the owner. Happy Tuesday!
I love the old cars and trucks. I haven't been to a car show in ages.
I also love old cars and they are wonderful to photograph
Oh a fixer upper! I would love getting some hands on experience re-building its engine. A paint job too. Candy-apple red!! Awesome Ginny. Love the sign wedged near the grille work too.
"...because I am old too."
:-)
it has been years and year since I heard the ain't worth a durn, words from my childhood. I love both of these lovely old cars, the one in the first photo is like the one I stood on the front seat between my parents, when I was age 2. daddy drove us 90 miles to see him mother.. I don't remember it but I heard the story a lot
Oh, I love them so! Did you write the poem? I like it too.
Old? Not you!!!
I love these old rusty vehicles and it's fun to see one on the road now and then! We've got to keep on 'runnin'! heehee! Hugs!
We have several here that own several old cars. However, they are in excellent shape and very pricey.
"Old" is an ok thing. The older I get, the more I realize that to be so true. *lol* Love, Andrea xoxo
Those are some cool old cars. Loved this.
These people are really creative, Ginny!
These cars are well taken care of and truly one of the kind! When I was teenager, I though 30 was old but that idea has certainly changed :-)
P.S. Niko’s cushions were bought in Japan. I want to get more, but unfortunately they seem to be discontinued. Sigh!
That's a great poem to go with these lovely old cars. I have often had a dream of driving one of these old beauties around. Another great header shot Ginny :)
