Bottle Cap Beast

We saw this creature in the window of a small local art gallery. If you look closely, you can see that he is made almost entirely of bottle caps and bottle cap rims. What critter do you think he is supposed to be? I don't know...

Very interesting. Even after staring at it, I still couldn't make what it is supposed to be.

I have no idea what he's supposed to be but he's sure a great use of recylcled materials.

I got it figured out!! It's an anorexic dog sniffing the ground for treats! Yes? Am I close?

What a work of art.

I can't see anything that has the gender showing. (Kidding)

I am not sure... I can see its eye..that shot makes me think of one of those fish that hide and catch their prey by surorise.

Wow, it's quite impressive! What a fun way to use bottle caps and rims :-) This critter kind of makes me think of Triceratops, especially the head!

Someone certainly put in a lot of time -- and creative talent -- into making this beast!

Isn't that what art is all about?
Beauty in the eye of the beholder...it can be what ever we imagine it to be. Clever use of "Trash".

In the first picture at the top I thought an emaciated dog sniffing around for something to eat, but then the rest of it captured separately doesn't. Interesting for sure.

Sunday Sunset

I snapped these from the Target parking lot. The sun had just gone down, but the trees were hiding the very bottom part of the sunset. Life...
