It's A Hit!

This was the name of the program the local third & fourth graders performed tonight. It was about baseball. Don't know why they chose this subject, since it is not baseball season. But the kids were great and the songs were very good. Our middle granddaughter Dara was in it, and she was a joy to watch.

Here I am with Dara and her sister after the show!

Seeing young ones perform is always a treat. You would think this time of year the subject would be holiday related but maybe the teachers are huge baseball fans

each time I see new photos of your girls I am shocked at how grown up they are and how it seems they were tiny just a few months ago... time is on fast forward for us... she look adorable in the black shirts and baseball cap

Isn't it wonderful to be so close to the Grands that you can go to their events?
I have such treasured memories of that.
Great fun photos too.
