Flower Child

Pulling out of a parking lot, we spotted this car in a parking space. I was glad I had my camera. I have never seen one like it. I wonder if they used stencils?

When buying a used car, punch the buttons on the radio. If all the stations are rock and roll, there's a good chance the transmission is shot.

That would be a lot of work to paint! I wonder if they are stickers of some kind.
I love that quote!

One thing is certain, no one would want to steal a car like that. It would be too easy to locate.

That is so cool. Why look like everyone else if you have a chance to let your own personality sparkle?

Very pretty car. You live in a very interesting place. I have seen one with pretty flowers and butterflies and shared the photos in one of the early posts.

You find the most interesting things. This one sure would be easy to spot in a crowd. I've heard of people cutting vinyl pieces to put on their cars.

Larry Lujack!!!!!! He was a radio disc jockey from my childhood, on WLS in Chicago... the only station that came in really well on my little transistor radio. He was also known as "Uncle Lar" and did this hilarious skit called "Animal Stories" on his radio show too. Look them up on YouTube... I'm sure they're there somewhere. So funny! This car is funny too, Ginny. I can't imagine doing that sort of thing to a new car like that but... there's a lid for every pot, as the old saying goes. ~Andrea xoxoxo

At least they won't have trouble picking their car out in a parking lot!

I was thinking the exact same thing as Jeanette above!

You know what I love it and I would do it myself - but I care too much what others think! Wish I was braver!

That's a cool car. Looks like the 60's, so I can relate to it. : )

Sunday Sunset

I snapped these from the Target parking lot. The sun had just gone down, but the trees were hiding the very bottom part of the sunset. Life...
