Purple Haze Farm

We drove past this today. It is rght in the center of someone's front yard. Do you know what it is? I'll tell you at the end of my next post.

This was the sign beside it, though I did not see a single thing that was purple.

“Purple is the most retiring of all rich colors. It is symbolical of dignity, state, and regal power and is expressive of gravity, sorrow, and sadness.”

Is it a tractor possibly steam?

It's definitely a tractor! Perhaps a "first" of it's kind?

I'm thinking some kind of tractor too but that's as far as my guess goes.

I think it is a Steam Tractor. Or a Steam Fire Engine?

Looks like a steam propelled vehicle.

You would think there would be some purple somewhere!

I believe it might be a tractor, it looks like one anyway! Ginny!
Enjoyed reading some of your last posts too! I found the bumper man story so fascinating, and I am always in awe of how people can take something as simple as a car bumper and come up with art! Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for visiting and for your sweet comment, have a blessed weekend.

I am not sure what it is. I love that so many farms and farmland is protected though.

My guess would also be a steam-powered tractor.

Ahhh preserving the vintage things of life. Love the old tractor and that the property is forever protected.
Isn't Purple Haze the name of an old Rock song?
Purple Haze really does sound dignified as the definition says.

It's not, but almost looks like a Civil War canon - can you tell I am from the south?
