Quilt Wreath

For all my quilting blog friends, look what I found! I saw this in a magazine and snapped it. I think it is so pretty, and could be made in colors for any season or occasion. I bet you could even make your own pattern.

When life throws you scraps, make a quilt.

This is really pretty. I love it. These days, I do not have the time to quilt. If I do, I hope to remember this design.

Isn't that the cutest quilt wreath? I like the colors, but it would be so nice to make one in Fall colors. Quilting always reminds me of my sister, as she used to crochet and sew quilts. And I really like that first quote. Will have to share it with my sister. Thanks Ginny, for sharing this wonderful quilting project.

Have a splendid week.

Love your quotes about life and quilts, especially the first one.
If I was handy with a needle I think I would like to make this one...
But...
I'm not so I will just have to enjoy your photos.

Oh how beautiful, Ginny. That looks like one of those crafts from the 1970s... still gorgeous today! I wonder how many ladies sew today? My mother used to sit down with a sewing project all the time! ~Andrea xoxoxo

Oh, I would love to see your Fall cups sometime on your kitchen shelf.
I only have a few and want to get more. : )

In the photo of all of us, I am the one on the far right with the mint
green sweater. It was a fun Fall day for us. Apple Hill has everything
apples.....apple pie, caramel apples, hot apple cider, etc.

I made one like this many years ago. It was a Christmas wreath with red and green prints. I like this one too!
