Black & White

These are real photos of rare creatures. I got them from the web, of course. First, an Albino Moose.

An albino Humpback Whale.

A Black Chinchilla.

Black Magic Petunias.

Black & White Dog.

Albino Giraffe.

Black Turtle.

Baby Zebra, not quite striped.

Wow, these are an interesting assortment of pictures. My favorites are the black turtle (love his big eyes), the puppy, and the little zebra.
I never knew animals like giraffes and moose could be albino. Now I've learned something new.

All amazing creatures. I don't think I've ever actually seen an albino anything but I have seen a black and white dog.
So is there a specific name for the animals that are all black?

black and white is my favorite combo of colors, or lack of colors I should say. that turtle and chinchilla are my favorites. I never really thought about albino animals, this is interesting.

GREAT internet's finds. Your quite is almost correct...White is NOT a color but an equal combination of ALL the colors of the visible light spectrum.
Black is NOTHING but the comparative perception of the surroundings. It can not be seen. Artists agree (either should be considered a shade, not color)...never are the two seen on a color spectrum.

Interesting black and white animals. I have only seen an albino snake. They are all beautiful and unique. The black chinchilla is cute. Baby zebra is a mixture of dots and stripes.

Albino animals are so fascinating! There is a metro park by our house that has an albino deer running around!

Wow, those are amazing, Ginny. Have never seen a black turtle, and the Albino animals are very unusual, especially that Moose. I wonder if they dye those petunias black? That little Pup is cute. What an interesting post, Ginny.

Have a good May week.
