Those are pretty cool. It looks like these are vinyl like something someone cut out on a circut or other cutting machine and then applied them to the lights.

These are delightful rear end lights. I've always been a dog person, so they made me smile. You always see the most unique things in your town. You have a good eye, Ginny. That's great advice from the dog. ; )
