Shoot For The Moon

Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars. Les Brown

The big red "M" is part of the neon sign I snapped on the front of the drugstore we went to tonight. It stands for MOON. My intrepid researcher friend REMINGTON alerted me to the fact that tonight is the full Hunter's Moon. And when I went out to find it, I was delighted to see that there were no clouds! I shot for the moon and this is what I got.

"The day is yours, and yours also the night; you established the sun and moon. It was you who set all the boundaries of the earth; you made both summer and winter." Psalm 74:16

when my 26 year old daughter was 2, M stands for McDonalds.

Your moon is really full. Do you have a telescopic lens?

Thanks for advice of taking some vinegar before we eat. Recently, once in a while, I get heart burn.

Every morning, i take either apple cider or lemon with honey. Now I will do it for dinner.

Great shots Ginny, that is one beautiful moon. Like I told Remington, we had clouds move in this afternoon and rain is predicted for the entire weekend. It's nice to see everyone's photos.

I was looking at the moon too last evening (through my window) but I can't get close to it with my camera. There were also some clouds passing by.

Awesome photos Ginny. The moon lit up the woods around our home last night! Hope you and Phil have a nice weekend.

Beautiful shots! You need the letter N to go at the end of your post, there! I need to get something other than a Nikon one shot camera. I made pictures of the moon, but they all look like a huge mistake!

You are quite right in his words. If you knew the mystery may be disappointed. The goal that I give to my abstract art is to engage the viewer in the creation of concepts. Develop creativity of the beholder. If you can imagine very different things my goal is fulfilled, because what you said my work are those who create with their imagination. My job is to suggest for you to perform the creation. So I think that abstract art is an art that encourages audience participation and creativity. Saludos.

Hi Ginny,

Thanks for always visiting my blogs. I really appreciate it. And thanks for checking on me. I was really busy with work and already exhausted when I get home. I only blog for monetizing recently that is why all the post the you see are non-sense.

Anyway, I was tempted to take a photo of the full moon last night too but I was too tire from work and just wanted to go home and crawl in my bed so I didn't stop like I used too. Oh well, I will catch up next time.

Miss you.

Excellent moon shots! You must use a tripod to get such clear shots...or at least I would have to use one as my hand would be shaking trying to zoom in on such a beautiful bright moon :)
