Pink's The Word

I've been somewhere not far away
And pink's the word for me today
The mountains blue, the fields so pink
Such beauty here, I'm scared to blink
Now can you guess where I have been?
So quiet you'd hear the drop of a pin.

The poetry of the earth is never dead.  ~John Keats

These beautiful images have made pink my word for today, too. What, where and when, I wonder!

Absolutely gorgeous, Ginny... I love the PINKS (and all of the colors) of spring... Since Spring came later this year, I think I enjoy it even MORE.

Hugs,
Betsy

Oh wow, that is a lot of pink Ginny. I almost gasped when I saw your header. This looks like an orchard of some sort. I can't wait to hear where you have been.

Wow, all that pink, so pretty and your poem is super.
I don't know what kind of trees those are but I'm thinking some kind of fruit farm

Thank you for your comment in my blog. We think my boys are part Russian Blue, but not sure what other part is. Whatever it is, we love their gray coat :-)

Just beautiful! I love the pinks in the dogwoods and redbeds and all the other flowering trees this time of year. Such a welcome sight after a long dreary winter.

Gorgeous photos...love the pink!
What kind of orchard is this? Looks like our Peach tree orchards. Just imagine how much fruit will be produced later in the year.

I'm experiencing a heady sense of deja vu. I did a double take on these photos, remembered commenting, but find no comment from me here. Then I remembered. It was at Facebook last week that I first saw them. Still very much like best the first one here.
