Some
of you wanted to know what I did with my new turkey basket. Well, here it is, all
finished! I love it! Now, if only I can keep the cats from chewing it and pulling the leaves
out. I heard a trick from a cat lover to put double stick tape on any surface
you do not want them on. It is much gentler than spraying them with water. SO,
I have put the tape all around the table edge. I hope it works! I will let you know.

himself be found; but if you leave him he’ll leave you.”

Very clever and creative, it makes a beautiful fall decoration Ginny. Great job! :)
It turned out great! I'm interested to know how the tape works.
so cute! You really did do a great job and the good thing is...it can be used for several months now. Hope the sticky tape works...
That is beautiful - you are a talented gal!
Cats are great jumpers. They will probably jump right over the tape. You did a marvelous job with your turkey.
I love your turkey centerpiece!!!
Good luck with the cat!! Ours doesn't do that but she IS acting out about where she pees and poops lately. NOT good!!!
Love the turkey, Ginny. And what a good idea about the double stick tape. Problem though. Won't you feel it when you use the table? Or, is this not a table you eat at?
Oh that looks beautiful!! These pretty leaves look like turkey's feathers :-)
I hope the tape works!
he looks purrfect to me and purrfect for fall decorating.. hope the two side tape is purrfect for keep the purrerers off the table. i am doubting that it will. MOL MOL

Very nice centerpiece, Ginny! You gave me an idea too.. I have those round baskets.. perhaps I can put in some greens and leave it at the center of my dining table too!
I bet it works!
Such pretty colors. Hope your cat trick works!
I like it...and I hope the tape works for you.
I love your little turkey --and what you have done to it... Makes me so happy --that FALL is almost here.
Hope your furry babies leave the leaves alone....
Hugs,
Betsy
