The Ground Was Yellow

Today we passed many huge fields of these yellow flowers. The yellow went on forever. A farmer friend told me it is Wild Mustard. I thought maybe Goldenrod. It is like the sun came to land on the ground.

He told them another parable: ‘The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field.

Absolutely gorgeous Ginny. What a sight!

By the way, my 'plan' was hatched already...the plan to send along Easter wishes for everyone that visited me.

Beautiful shots, Ginny! Everything is just so pretty in springtime.
Happy Easter to you and your family!
PS Yes, we do fish in our pond and deer and other animals are seen from time to time getting a drink.

I can't believe I missed this. I know I didn't visit last night cause Lorelei is here, but sure thought I did Wednesday. I love these views...always love seeing the yellow fields of spring.
