Mystery Flag

We were driving along the other day, and happened to drive past this house. There was something  strange about it, so we went back for a better look...

and saw this on the front porch. It is basically the American flag without the red! I have never seen this! I have researched it, but cannot find anything about it. Do you know what it means?

I did a little search and found something regarding flags with one blue strip and everything else black or white, it didn't say anything about the entire flag being blue but it could be the same thing.
This is what I found The Blue represents the officer and the courage they find deep inside when faced with insurmountable odds. The Black background was designed as a constant reminder of our fallen brother and sister officers.

I've never seen anything like this, and have no idea of what it symbolizes.

We have people across the street that have one in black and gold. The sports people may be selling them to match a teams colors. Ours would be the black and gold of Iowa University. I do like the verse as I don't remember every reading it.

I've never seen such a flag before, either. Interesting!
I'm sure it has a particular meaning for it :-)

Hello Ginny & what a puzzle! I did a quick search too & the closest I can find was a flag for the Dallas Cowboys which looked kind of like this so I assume it’s for a sports team.
