Mural Monday - The Wall Of Cats

This is a wall of city cats on a fence. I happened upon it when the artists were still painting it! They painted it over some old graffiti. Here is the entire wall.

And here are the artists creating it.

Now here are the cats.

And just for good measure, a policeman keeping an eye on them.

If purring could be encapsulated, it would be the most powerful antidepressant on the market. ~Terri Guillemets

We have some problem with stray cats jumping on our awnings from house to house, especially in the late night disturbing our peace.

I can never undestand how they do this, so close up and yet it looks so wonderful.

What a fun wall and a good way to cover up graffiti. I'm fascinated by how they can paint such a detailed picture with spray paint

What a delightful mural with adorable kitties! I love the kitty with a hat :-) And you are so lucky to catch them still painting. Interesting to see how they create such a huge mural!

I am glad they can make something so wonderful over that graffiti - they were drawing with spray paints - talented.
