Sometimes, I do waste my time visiting thrift shops and checking out the many items displayed at the shops. I wondered who would wear the boot.
I haven't been to a thrift store in quite a while. I was going to stop at one yesterday when I was out but then I ended up taking a different way home.
I actually like that boot, it is really cool, can't imagine where I would put it though or what it is for. I tried to get Bob to go to the indoor flea market they have put in our dying mall. just to walk, NOPE.
No, no thrifting. I love to go look, but trying to stop bringing stuff in and trying to get rid of stuff. Enjoy your day!
Thrift stores can be fun, but since I'm getting rid of my stuff, rather than adding to it, I don't go very often any more. When I read actual books, as opposed to my Kindle books now, I loved to look for finds in thrift shops.
I love thrifting! It’s a cycle of life here!
Hope you pace yourself and don’t get too tired!
Some odd things indeed :-)
I hope you have a great weekend!
Love the quote and I am going to steal it! lol
I made a recent foray to a local thrift shop to find stuff for a Rosie the Riveter costume. Camping in the Smokies with Hubby's siblings and all our families plus some friends will include a July 4 costume night with the theme American icons.
You find the most unusual items to photograph and share!
Ah that scrub board brings me back to my teen years as I had to do laundry and it was befor we had a washing ma chine. Once we had it it took time to accept it would really clean the clothes. And our clothes went on a line. No dryer back then.
