My best guess is drywall that never got mudded.

Are those cement squares? A building? A jail?

First off...that tree...it looks like a photograph!! My guess is a retaking wall of some sort.

My first thought was the side of a truck but I don't think that's right.

Well I am the odd one out.. I thought maybe a big window or piece of glass.

I am going to say that it is on the side of a building. Maybe an office building or a nursing home.

I'm trying to figure out what the grate on the left hand side has to do with the cement wall.
Is it some kind of drainage pipes behind the grate?
Good question...

My Original Thought Was A Damn Of A Lake But PHOTOWANNABE Pointed Out The Grate Looking Thang - So Maybe A School - But With The Compass - An REI Outlet - So I Am Going With The New Art Center In Town Which You So Graciously Donated $$$$ To Build - And Of Course Its Been Named In Your Honor

Be Well,
Cheers

Wild guess: One of those retaining walls or whatever they are called on an interstate highway in a big metropolitan area. Whatever it is, I've enjoyed seeing it.
