In The Pink

The other evening, the sunset was pink again from distant fire smoke. In order.

Pink — it was love at first sight...
Pink — it's like red but not quite...

Let the Lord's Light shine on you always Ginny. Thanks for all your comments. Thanks for your prayers for my arm/shoulder and this week the physio is very pleased how it has improved over the previous 3 weeks. Now it just need strengthened - more exercises. I am up to 15 daily now!! Today and Thursday I am having my Myocardial Perfusion Imaging tests on my heart so here's hoping they produce a good result and needing no treatment. Have a GLORIOUS WEEK AHEAD

God takes something as tragic as all the wildfires and manages to make something beautiful out of it. These pictures are gorgeous, Ginny. ~Andrea xoxoxo

Pretty...but the fires usually means loss of wildlife and so much destruction in it's path...sad

Those smoke filled skies are really not what we want, but they sure do give beautiful sunsets.

To answer your question from my blog..I sure hope I can do something with the pears. I am going to try to ripen them in a paper bag first and then treat them like I would do applesauce...cook them down add some sugar and spices and hopefully they will be good.

Oh, you got the fire smoke in your area too? These fires are terrible here, and the air quality right now is pretty bad. Some have been contained, but yet another is still wildly burning. I continue to pray.
