I'm No Dummy

We saw this parked on a street. The two sides are very different. It took me awhile to figure out that it is showing what can happen without a seatbelt. Maybe put there by the police?

It remined me of our visit to the car Crash Test Center. This is where they have all the Crash Test dummies, and do the crash test ratings. We got to meet the dummies! They had them in all sizes.

We even got to watch an actual crash test!! It was a fun day.

Great post, especially the title. 😊

Visuals like this car can sometimes do more than just telling a person what can happen.
That would be interesting seeing the crash tests.

Really opens your eyes to the "what ifs".

I have not been to the crash test sight but they brought one to the hospital parking lot to show what happens without a seat belt, it threw the dummines out the windows in all directions. it is good to see them do things like the car, hope it saves lives. great post

That is so true - you may never need them, but it is so worth it.

You have the most interesting cars in your area, Ginny!! And what a message this car gave! I hope all the people involved in the accident were ok... and that anyone seeing the car & signs will heed the warning. ~Andrea xoxoxo

I remember my boys were required to go to a training session with our local sheriff when they had drivers ed. It was showing what happens when you do not wear a seat belt, texting and driving and more. It was a powerful lesson.

Yes, those seatbelts are very important for our safety.

That is a strange way to make a point.

Different but definitely a good message! Kind of reminds me of the car they used to have displayed at my kid's high school showing what could happen if you drink and drive or drive recklessly!

Wow, simple but effective! I would love to go and watch when they put the crash test dummies through their paces! I never ever ever drive without my seatbelt. xoxo

They are very important visuals. We had one of these parked on the grounds of the high school a while back.
