Tiny Snow Houses

We saw these tiny snow houses at a Botanical Garden winter festival a few years ago. They are only a few inches big.

These are on the way to the Botanical Garden, and more than a few inches long. The Blue Ridge Mountains are in the background; we live at the foot of them.

And who do you think is the father of rain and dew, the mother of ice and frost? You don’t for a minute imagine these marvels of weather just happen, do you?

Those are the prettiest icicles, and so many of them lined up on the railing. The Blue Ridge Mountains in the distance are beautiful. These tiny snow houses are darling. I've heard of people staying in ice houses for vacations, and I often wonder how they are constructed and kept icy cold. I like the Job verse also, Ginny.

*I asked Jess about the lasagna soup and the recipe. As soon as she gets back to me, I'll let you know. It sounds good on these cold Winter days.

The Blue Ridge Mountains... how beautiful, Ginny! I remember my parents telling me that I saw them once, as a child on vacation, but I have no recollection. And those tiny winter structures... sheesh! My eyes would cross! But I'm glad the creators' eyes didn't and they made these! ~Andrea xoxo

The Blue Ridge Mountains in the distance are beautiful - would you say your home is in an artsy area - you have so many different things there. I'd love to visit that area.
