A Real Lifesaver!

My Lifesaver plant is blooming again, and I just had to show you! Yes, I have posted it before, but it is so amazing to me. Here is the plant.

And now, a closer look at the bloom!

They are a succulent. And of course their name is because the blooms look like Lifesavers candy.

Here is what the blooms start out looking like before they open. As you can see, there are a lot more!

That's the most interesting plant I've ever seen! Never heard of it before, but am making a note. Might be something I could actually not kill, since it's a succulent. I do fine with outdoor plants, but inside...not so much. Spotted you on a mutual friends blog and thought I'd pop in to say hi. It's always fun to meet new bloggers.

That is a perfect picture to go with all those above. I enjoyed seeing the flowers, they are extraordinary, like they would fit into a prehistoric garden. Thanks for sharing it.

I have never seen anything like that before. There's so many blooms on the plant. It would be interesting to see it in full bloom. The words in the frame go perfectly with the plant.

Have a restful weekend, Ginny.
