Driving home today, there was heavy mist from those wildfires coming down from Canada. We are supposed to wear masks if outside. And apparently, even rain will not help it! The sky looked unusual.
Fire on the mountain? No, just clouds at sunset.

swept away your offenses like a cloud, your sins like the morning mist. Return to me, for I have redeemed you.”

True divination!
Looks ominous... :0 Stay safe, if you can!
Beautiful blog
Please read my post
Air pollution makes for some very interesting photography. Stay safe! Hopefully it will have lessened today for everyone’s sake, north and south of the border.
I've been hearing this from a lot of bloggers the past few days.
I saw on the news the smoke is effecting you. I pray now for rain for Canada to put out those fires. there are fires all over C and USA.. scary to say the least. the sky is gorgeous
Wow! Wow! Wow! Wow!
I felt the Canadian fire air all the way here in the far south. It was a little scratchy in the throat. It seems to have gone its way now.
We don't hve that much haze from it, but it does make it seem as though there is fire on the mountain.
Although we have the smoke around here, it's not nearly as bad as it is where you live.
Smoke makes for pretty skies and sunsets, but I imagine it is hard to breathe if you live near the fires. Have a great weekend!
Even the rain won't bring it down - stay inside and if you go out wear a mask.
It's scary during fire season. The skies always look different when a fire occurs. I hope you don't get too much smoke coming to you, Ginny. No problems here so far in northern California. The verse you shared is a special one.
Have a peaceful weekend, Ginny.
