Just Home From Hospital

I had to go to the hospital by ambulance several days ago. During my covid I got worse and worse, developed diarrhea, and stopped eating and drinking. Then I was unable to walk or almost even move. I was diagnosed with a dangerously low sodium blood count. They said if I had waited longer, I would have gone into seizures and could have died. I was admitted. Then my blood pressure dropped dangerously whenever I stood up, so I was not able to work on getting my strength back. I also got a bad infection. Just got discharged from the hospital and will be getting home health and P.T. Missing you all! I will be visiting when I get me strength back.

Oh wow, first of all my heart is happy that you are home now and recovering. So very happy you got to the hospital. This dreaded virus really knocked you for six and it is very scary knowing all that you went through, but now you can concentrate on recovering. Definitely no need for replies until you have your strength. Will continue to send good, happy thoughts and never-ending prayers my dear friend. Sending much love and many hugs. My love to Phil and your sweet family also, as I know they must have been so scared.

So happy you checked in - I was getting concerned. Boy it really hit you bad. I’m so glad you went to the hospital. I had it almost 2 years ago and while my husband’s Covid was mild I too, was hit hard. I was still recovering from my rotator cuff surgery and was told my resistance was low due to the surgery and I was still in the throes of that recovery. It took me 3 weeks. I lost weight because I couldn’t eat. Never had a high fever or respiratory. I don’t want to get that again!

I pray you recover fully at home and return to us when you are ready. We miss your pretty photos but want you back healthy. Take care.

I am full of joy to see this post because it means you can read and write and type. I prayed over and over for you because I knew it had to be bad if you could not let us know how you were. thanks for sharing this, don't worry about bloggin or reading just concentrate on getting better. Love you and will continue to pray... might take a few weeks to make a full comeback. so glad you have help coming to the house. low sodium and low BP is very dangerous, deadly dangerous
