Have A Heart

This tree is in a yard on the corner of our street, and this picture is exactly how it looks.

"Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge."
Psalm 62:8

Awesome! it does look like a heart-shaped tree. I wonder if the leaves change its color in fall it will be gorgeous if the leaves will turn red or yellow or gold.

What an amazing tree, the heart shape is perfect. Great capture on that Ginny, the shape probably only shows up at certain angles.

You have another beautiful header shot. Your trees are turning faster than ours. I am just now starting to see some color.

It must fork and each side of the heart is one of the forks...just guessing.

It makes me wonder if they pruned it that way!

I tell my students, the heart's beauty is more important than the face's beauty.

Re: The food we served, those were giant scones, and we cut them into half. WE buttered 1/2. and spread strawberry jam on the other. These 3 inch scones were from a small bakery, and known to be very nice. I didn't try them as I was busy and I don't like scones.

We served some gluten free crackers too. Willow Creek is an American church, and we had to do thing American Standard.

I was sent to do some shopping in a supermarket I am not familiar with, and I didn't bring my glasses. It was very hard trying to read the small prints.

It is a good feeling, knowing that I have done something for God. I also made a new friend from Singapore, and invited her home for dinner. She is a missionary working with students and we have mutual friends.

Hi Ginny, Wow---love your header and your background.... NEAT!!!!!

And your HEART tree is fabulous... I'm not sure I would have ever noticed it if it were in my yard... You are very observant.

Hope you have had a great weekend.
Hugs,
Betsy

Hi Ginny, my daughter lives with me! But I can't hear the baby from my room! I'm lucky.:) She doesn't want any help right now too. It was a long week! My friend died unexpected and it was my parents 80th birthday party today! So I'm way behind in my blogging!
Thanks for always visiting!
