Guess Where We Went.

On July Fourth and Fifth we all went somewhere. There were lots of bouncys!
And lots of huge cameras and T.V.crews
Also the Fire Department showed up
I brought Anne Marie some Fourth Of July  necklaces, and she did everything with them except use them as a necklace.
Here were some things gong on around us.
We got rain on both days, but fortunately we had brought our umbrella!
So can you guess where we were for two days? If you look close enough, there are little clues! You'll see more on my next post!!

What a fun time, Ginny! Looks as if Anne Marie is enjoying the bracelets...even though she isn't using them as bracelets. :)

Looks like loads of fun... People are looking UP --and since the TV stations are there, you must be waiting to see something like Hot Air Balloons....??????

Hugs,
Betsy

I don't know where you were, Ginny. I can tell from the photo that the TV crew was from Lexington and I also know there is a castle-like hotel in that same area, but I suspect I'm grasping at straws. The important thing is that you had a wonderful holiday.Anne Marie looks like she was in Paradise :-)

Looks like there are people from Lexington so somewhere around there in KY! But other than that I have no idea. The building is very lovely with nice lawn :-)

Hmmm, the guy holding the rope makes me wonder...kites, hot air balloons? My first thought until I saw him was maybe an air show. Okay, I give up. Wherever you were, it looks like fun in spite of the rain. Anne Marie looks cute with her necklaces!

Hi Ginny, Well, in CA the inflatable trampoline houses are called "Jolly Jumpers", and in TN these same play structures are called "Bounce Houses". You may have been to a hot air balloon festival but I am not sure. Have a great Wed. tomorrow!
