There are no
rules of architecture for a castle in the clouds. ~G.K. Chesterton
I took these pictures recently on a warm summer night. The clouds were lower than the mountains.
“We don’t yet see things clearly.
We’re squinting in a fog,
peering through a mist. But it won’t be long before the weather clears and the
sun shines bright! We’ll see it all then, see it all as clearly as God sees us,
knowing him directly just as he knows us!”
1 Corinthians 13

Beautiful pictures :)
You have the most beautiful skies.
It looks like the sky fell into the mountains, amazing!
We don't have mountains here, but they make for a beautiful sunset.
these are gorgeous.
really love the last 3 photos. the light bars against that stunning sky are wonderful... sky paintings are one of my favorite things and they look better with something else in the pic... beautiful
What absolutely beautiful photos - they are wonderful!
Ginny these are absolutely bereathtaking!! I love these - so calming for the soul :)
Beautiful pictures! With clouds so low, actually I feel like I'm up on the mountain top!
Once again you have given us so much beauty to enjoy. I love your sunset/sunrise pictures.
Absolutely brilliant, Ginny! Gorgeous captures!
Very, very beautiful...I call pics similar to this 'Where the Earth and the Sky Collides'--which is from a Jackson Browne song/album.
So beautiful these sun sets. Congratulations.
Greetings,

Oh gorgeous. So many warm shades in this.
Oh, Ginny, these are just gorgeous! I love sunsets and there are never any two alike.
Beautiful Ginny....and I like the reference of "where the clouds meet the earth". That is poetic!!
We have had a nice assortment of clouds lately, but none this pretty.
So pretty and warm...you always have the most breath-taking sky photos.:)
I love that golden brown color - what time a day do you see that? Gorgeous - golden - elegant! sandie
How timely that you were in a position to notice and capture the drama of God's beautiful world. Thanks for sharing.
