Anne Marie's Spring Recital

The Waiting

Adjusting her music

Finally playing!

And posing when it is all over.

Dad and grandpa looked on proudly

And so did I!
Last Friday we went to Anne Marie's spring piano recital. She was so poised for an eight year old!

“Good people, cheer God! Right-living people sound best when praising. Use guitars to reinforce your Hallelujahs! Play his praise on a grand piano! Invent your own new song to him; give him a trumpet fanfare.”

Congratulations to Anne Marie. I remember when my daughter was in a recital at that age. It brings back memories. Love her sun dress!

I can tell how proud you all are of her... I took piano lessons from age 7-18--and were in many many recitals. Back then, we had to memorize our pieces.... What did she play?

Hugs,
Betsy

You have every right to be proud of this darling girl. She is so talented and seems to enjoy it. I love piano music and wish I had the opportunity to play when young.

She doesn't look the least bit nervous, I would be in her place. All of you have every right to be proud of such a beautiful young lady. Have Anne Marie and Ella ever played the piano and violin together? The music would be heavenly.

She has a right to be proud at the age of eight, playing a solo!!! I think it's wonderful that she can read music which is a rarity in itself! Congratulations Grandma...:)JP

She is precious. I know you are so proud of her and love special occasions like this.

She radiates confidence. I so dreaded recitals as a child that I found no joy in music.

Your delightful grand looks like she finds joy in music as do those who love her and her music.
