Just lovely, Ginny!
I am thinking they must not be edible!
what fruit is that?
Grapefruit? I like what you did with your header. Lovely artsy effects on your photos.
Passion fruits? Just a wild guess.. but then they are reddish in color...
Whatever they are,I hope the birds like them as they will have a feast. hope they don't make them drunk!!
I have no idea what those are
I have no idea what those are
I was thinking osage orange...but they're not 'bumpy' enough. Or are they?
not apples, not grapefruit, not plums or oranges, not figs or nuts of anykind. can you tell i have no clue? waiting to find out. they look like God's decorations for that tree to me
Are they walnuts? There was a walnut tree at the home where I grew up. At night, the walnuts would fall off the tree and roll down the roof and wake us!!!
Either tennis balls or walnuts. I'm pretty sure walnuts.
Do tennis balls grow on trees?
Best,
Bonnie
I think it's walnuts!! We had a walnut tree when I was a little boy and these look JUST like them :)
Some kind of nut.
I think they are called horse apples??
I think it's some kind of nut but I'm not sure what kind. It's very artistic looking, whatever it is.
walnuts!
Walnuts. .. we have a tree in our yard here.
I had no idea until I read some of the comments. :)
I was just thinking about walnuts today!!! and how we used to put rubber gloves on and smash them to get to the nut. It was a mess, but well worth it in the end. I will say black walnuts...
Don't you mean their hull is starting to rot!!! I need to go gather some...I love walnuts! It does not even bother me for my hands to get stained.
