Stoned

I loved the way the moss and orange leaves combined on this old wall to make such a pretty picture.

I found this wall interesting because they put pointed rocks on the top. Have you ever seen a stone wall with a pointed top? I guess they want to keep people out.

And this stone wall just made me happy, with the sun peeking over it.

I love stone fences. Those red leaves are gorgeous, we don't have much color here yet. They seem to be slower turning this year.

Interesting stone walls and fences here, Ginny... We don't get many stone walls over here, too expensive... mostly are iron or steel bars to keep out trespassers..

Love these stone walls. The first has such a pleasing combination of colors.
Glad you're still enjoying my quilled creations. I haven't done any of that in a very long time

I love the sun over the fence and I sure would not try to climb over the pointed one. I have never seen one like it either. it is pretty and the leaves are beautiful with it.

Absolutely gorgeous photos, Ginny. The pointed stones on top are very unique! I saw your comment on Tamago's blog that you take your cats to the vet today. Best wishes and I hope they do well.

The first two shots looks like a painting. Most unusual with the sun and fence. You find some of the neatest things.

Green moss and orange leaves make really pretty pictures!
I've never seen a stone wall with pointed top before. Very unique! It kind of has a look of waves of water :-)

P.S. I hope the vet visit goes well today!

Beautiful leaves and I love the character that stone walls gives to the area. Pointy stones really do give a message of "Keep Out"

Stone walls are beautiful. Love this stone wall with the beautiful colours decorating it. Over here brickwalls and metal fences are very common.

I've always loved stone walls. My ex husband was a stone mason and we have a lot of stone work around our place.
