Wheel In The Sky Keeps On Turning

These are my photos of ferris wheels from different carnivals we have taken the grandkids to. This first one is a ferris wheel on a stormy day. Not quite put together yet.

Here is one that changes color in the evening.

And here are the really scary ferris wheels, where the seats turn upside down.

And a fun edit I did.

To me, ferris wheels are a symbol of summer. Have you ever ridden one? Did you like it?

“Where the cherubim went, the wheels went straight ahead. The cherubim were full of eyes in their backs, hands, and wings. The wheels likewise were full of eyes. I heard the wheels called “wheels within wheels.”

It's been a long time since I've been on one but I've always enjoyed a ride on a ferris wheel. Love all the pictures and the last one is very cool

Never did never will ride a ferris wheel. the highest I get is a merry go round... these are just awesome pics.. and you picked my favorite for your header. it is a piece of art.. I love the colors on the last one and it would be beautiful printed on a canvas.

Lovely to look at, frightening to ride (for me, at least).

I have ridden them in the past, but not one up side down. When I rode my last, I was begging them to let me off. I was so scared when it stopped they had to take me off. Never do it again.

Beautiful and colourful ferris wheels. I have ridden them a few times when I was much younger but by the time I got off, I had cold hands and feet! No thanks to the upside down chairs. I like the effects on the last photo.

I've only been up in one, once, I think. As I'm not good with heights, I'm not longing to do it again...

Each one is so unique yet so much alike! I love the symmetry, the beautiful colosr and the unique vibrancy of each one!

I love Ferris wheels and I've ridden many of them. But never the one that seat turns upside down! That is scary!

Ferris Wheel! I used to beg mom to let me on the Ferris Wheel when the Funfair came to town.

In my whole life, i think I have been up the Ferris Wheel only twice

Sunday Sunset

I snapped these from the Target parking lot. The sun had just gone down, but the trees were hiding the very bottom part of the sunset. Life...
