The Best Of The Best

There are lots of Dogwoods blooming in our neighborhood now. But I think this is the prettiest of all the pink ones. It is about three blocks away. Are there any where you are?

No dogwoods here but maybe there will be one in our near future front yard.

Thinking about it I do not recall seeing this tree here, I must have a good look.
We watched a lovely programme on the tv the other night on the blossom in Japan, well worth a watch if you can find it over there.

So very pretty. I don't know if they are dogwoods but I've seen several trees with beautiful pink blossoms on them There are also lots of trees covered in pretty white blossoms too. Love this time of year

Seldom see one around her. I truly enjoyed them when I lived in East Texas. They were plentiful there in all colors. The woods would be so pretty.

Dogwoods do not do well in our climate. We have dogwood shrubs that do grow here but the beautiful flowers you have won't be blooming here. Our crabapples and plum trees do well in Iowa.

I have a pink one, but now it is almost faded to white. Mine is strange. I do think pink dogwoods are so, so gorgeous!

These are gorgeous photos Ginny. Those pink dogwoods are a sight to behold. I think I am going to miss the dogwoods blooming this year so your photos mean a lot. Thank you so much for sharing them. I haven't seen any dogwoods in California.

Wow, they are so beautiful! We have dogwood trees around here, too. Usually I see white blossoms more than pink. Both lovely :-)

I love dogwood trees and we've seen some beautiful ones this year, but...sigh...they are done blooming for this season. I sigh because I wish they could stay in bloom much longer! We have redbud trees in our yard, but I think I should add a couple of dogwoods which bloom just about the time the redbuds are winding down. Beautiful photos, Ginny!
