Fall Farm Festival

Today we took the girls to a farm Fall Festival! For my new followers, these are our granddaughters. They rode in a train made from barrels.

They rode horses.

Met a pony.

Rode in a horse & cart.

Picked and painted pumpkins.

Made scarecrows.

Saw a huge and dangerous tractor.

Went in and came out of a corn maze.

Met a big purple cow.

And had ice-cream with a very tall man.

Whew! I am exhausted all over again after posting today's pictures. But we all had a ball!

“The farmer knows how to treat each kind of grain. He’s learned it all from God-of-the-Angel-Armies, who knows everything about when and how and where.”

now this is a fun place to go with kids, I love that little train and the buggy and the pony. I would like going there as much as the kids. I can not believe how grown up Ann Marie is in that last photo. wow how time has flown...

I love it!

We are finally getting things settled with the lighting strike. Yes, it was loud and I could smell sulfur when it hit. Scary!!
We did get a new TV on Saturday. We have a few more things to replace, but it is coming together. We are praying insurance will help.

Then today, a power pole fell over one block from us! Crazy!
