Golden Weeping

This is the only golden Weeping Willow I have ever seen. We came upon it by surprise. I wish so much we could have returned to take more pictures, but I could not remember where it was. So these quick shots from passing by are all I ever got.

“The golden moments in the stream of life rush past us and we see nothing but sand; the angels come to visit us, and we only know them when they are gone.”

That is magnificent! And once again your shared quote is perfect...how do you find the sayings, proverbs, passages to "fit" your photos like you do?

What a beautiful tree. I remember the first house I ever lived in had a beautiful weeping willow in the back yard. We moved from there when I was 5 bu I still remember that tree

You are the best at finding interesting things to keep us coming back for more. I do not drive anymore or get out mu h, so I am limited to what I post. Keep it up.

There are actually yellow ones - that wasn't where they turned in fall? Beautiful!

A beautiful quote along with pictures of a beautiful tree, Ginny! I've never seen a golden weeping willow tree. In fact, I don't see weeping willow trees much anymore, period. I remember my Mom always tells me that weeping willows have very invasive roots, that work their way into sewer lines, so you don't want to have one in your yard. How much truth is in that statement I have no idea... but my Mother said it, so I believed it. :-) Love, Andrea xoxo PS. You asked about that plant in my front window, on my last blog post... that's the plant that my pastor & his wife brought over on Easter. It's an annual to be planted outside.... a purple cyclamen.
