Quits- The Colors
We found these quilts in the gift shop of a little art museum. We did not buy any, as they were very expensive. I guess you could call them art quilts. Some of the pictures are blurry because they were hanging on the wall, way up by the ceiling. I came home with a sore neck, but well worth it!

they are trully ART.. all the hours of work that goes into one, no wonder they are expensive. i can't seem to pick a favorite. i can say there is one i don't like at all, the others any of them are fine. the one with the glass. not to fond of that one
Oh Ginny, those quilts!!! How gorgeous they are!! Ya know, I tried getting into quilting years and years ago... and it just wasn't my thing. I had a good friend who gave quilting lessons so I even tried that... but no dice. It just didn't call my name, I guess. But I sure do love looking at beautiful ones like these. I ave many handmade and hand quilted quilts. I treasure them. However, I am sure when I am gone, none of my family will enjoy as I did. I have a few handmade by the Amish people. Paid a lot for those. I love the patterns of the ones you shared.
