The Kitchen

Ella at The Style Of Miss T challemged me to post my kitchen, so here it is. It is a lot of pictures, and kind of boring. But I do enjoy looking at bloggers' rooms. We'll start with the kitchen table.

My little tiered seasonal tray.

Display shelves.

Coffee corner.

A gingerbread man on either side of the sink cabinets.

I put this backsplash up using stickers that look like tiles.

This little shelf is on the side of the fridge. It is magnetic! The magnet is very strong, and I can fit quite a few little jars on it. Amazon has it for quite cheap!

Beside it is my Pioneer Woman shelf & drawer set.

My very skinny basket shelves, which is supposed to be baby nursery furniture.

The window over the sink.

Walks to the kitchen for a glass of water. Comes back with a bowl of M&Ms.

I really like your kitchen. An intimate space where you can enjoy coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening!
I see that you also cook electrically, I recommend the induction plates. It works quickly and the food is tasty!
Thank you for participating in the "challenge"!
Have a great day, Ginny!

Cozy is the word that comes to mind. I love the fact you have a window over the sink! We don't. And that the room is large enough for a table!!

I love your kitchen. It looks so welcoming. I really like the blue paint colour. Does it look out to the front of your house? I love when kitchens do that. It’s nice to see who is coming to visit when you’re in the kitchen. I love the shelf on your fridge too and your pioneer woman shelf. I’m glad you posted. It’s nice to be able to see where other bloggers live.

Hello from your sister from another mother. You know I am happy because verything is in its place and belongs there. no clutter. YAY! I love everything you have and could be very happy in this kitchen, there are only 2 things I would change. Remove the FIRE hazard paper towels hanging over the oven, and the window with no way to cover the windows at night. I have blinds I close when it gets dark, used to have curtains, the half kind. my favorite things in your kitchen other than that coffee maker, are the bottles in the window. the bottles with jewelery are my most favorite of all of them...

Your kitchen looks lovely. Mine came with pink counters and old wood cabinets. My husband wanted to change all that, but then he wasn't able to. I love my cabinets, they have so much room, they are so solid. They are from a different era, for sure. Sorry, here I am writing about my own kitchen, when you just showed us yours. I think your kitchen speaks to who you are, a lovely kitchen for you and your hubby to enjoy. And those tiles looks so real. Great job!

Nice to have a window over the sink. I have cupboards over mine. But I have a nice window view (mostly treetops) from my favourite place at the kitchen table.

I need to take a shot of my kitchen table. Rebekah found a Valentine's Day tablecoth I purchased last year. It makes the kitchen more cheerful. I like seeing your photos and they are really grand. Thanks for sharing.
