Here is the latest jigsaw we finished; a cat's ice-cream truck. Remember ice-cream trucks? Are they almost a thing of the past? Do any come near your homes in the summer?
The counter is an ice-cream sandwich.
The wheels are doughnuts.
Here is an example of the joy that ice-cream brings. Our teenage granddaughter at the ice cream shop when she was very little.

there would be darkness and chaos.”

So cute. Ice cream is my downfall. ☺
What friendly, happy puzzles! They lift my spirits.
What a colorful and cute jigsaw! Time really flies, now your first grand-daughter is in her teens and we here have practically watch her growing up... LOL..
Very pretty and cute jigsaw. I am playing e-jigsaw on my handphone and getting hooked on it. Yes, your 1st granddaughter has grown into a beautiful young lady now. She was so cute as a toddler.
What an adorable puzzle. Even cuter baby Anne Marie.
I just bought some ice cream yesterday. It was a limited edition flavor. It was called box of chocolates and it had little tiny chocolates just like you would get in a box.
I do wish we lived nearer, we could exchange jigsaws. I love this one. I haven't heard an ice cream van for a long while, my kids loved them when they were small.

I wish my counter was made of ice cream sandwich and I would eat the whole thing... Ann Marie is so tiny here and so tall yesterday. cute puzzle
Awwwww, such an adorable photo of granddaughter!
Cute puzzle too.
The photo is so adorable and I love the puzzle too!
I haven't seen (or heard) an ice cream truck in ages. That's a great picture of your granddaughter.
That is a cute puzzle. Every year there is an ice cream truck that comes around a few times...but it goes so fast it is hard to catch it.
Loved the ice cream trucks when I was a child and my kids did too when they were children! I was on a first name basis with the driver we stopped him so much!
Incredible - Well Done - Happy Friday
Cheers
Oh what a darling picture of your granddaughter in times past! Look at those darling piggie tails!! *lol* We don't have the ice cream truck drive out here anymore. He used to, when there were loads of children (ours included) in the few houses out here & it was worth his while. But he hasn't been here in years. Sad, actually. ~Andrea xoxo
I remember them, but they do not come around here, now. But then, our street, does not have little children.
Yes, I can see, how your daughter feels that your hair, pin curled, makes you look like an old lady!!!!!! Pin curled hair is a thing of the past, for all. So its results do look 'old'.
I need some softness, around my face. With a short cut, which I now hate, the only way to add softness, is to pin curl. To me, the soft effect, is worth the 'old-ness look." -smile-
When it grows enough, I hope for a soft perm. And will go from there.

I'm with Sandi of Chatty Crone...ice cream is my downfall.
I can't have it in the house!!!
the picture of your granddaughter is adorable.
What a cutie.
Love the final quote too.

WOW I love that puzzle! So colorful and whimsical! I'm fixing to make an ice cream sandwich cake for our get-together tomorrow. I can't wait. It's so easy and fun to make, and everyone goes nuts over it. Adorable picture of your little granddaughter "back in the day," haaahaha. They grow up so fast. xoxo
What a cute, cute puzzle. I love it! That baby is absolutely darling! xo Diana
What a cute puzzle! I just finished one as well and will post about it this weekend.
Ice-cream is the perfect treat anytime.
I like the puzzle! Your granddaughter was just adorable.
We don't get ice cream trucks. We used to when we lived more in the city. Now it seems they are a bit creepy!
Your granddaughter is adorable! Such a delightful smile. Fun jigsaw puzzle, I love these colorful ones. We get an ice-cream truck come round. I love it when I hear the music, a sound from my own childhood also.
We have ice cream trucks all summer. It's always so exciting to spot the first Mr. Softee of the season. Hope you're having a good weekend.
I remember the ice cream trucks from when I was a little girl. Mom would give each of us kids a dime and we'd wait by the road for the ding of the truck to become closer... it is a great memory. My daughter has a truck that comes by her house in the summer with snow cones and such - and the girls love it. This picture of your granddaughter is so sweet!!!! She's a doll. Can you believe how our little ones have grown so much?
