The House

There's this house a few blocks away, and they always put things out that fascinate me.

They keep this stand on the porch, and decorate it seasonally. Now it is birdhouses. In the fall, they put pumpkins on it.

They have just added this tiny tree out front. It is lit, and the lights change color. Kind of like a Christmas tree, only NOT.

The beauty of light owes it’s existence to the dark.

I love it when people take pride and interest in their house and yard ... to care for it and decorate it, and make it a treat for others to see. I need one of those little trees. xoxo
