The Visit

Our son & daughter-in-law came over today We only visited outside, due to Covid. They brought this beautiful box of goodies for Mother's day!

They brought along our new granddogger, Viv! She had a ball smelling our yard. For some reason, she is wild about smelling any kind of ivy.

She is very friendly, and has learned to shake hands/paws!

Our son Mike works at the Little Debbie factory (McKee), and is in charge of making the honey buns. Later that day, we saw one of their trucks down the road.

We stole a box of honey jars one time and went out in the woods and ate the whole box. I don't think I touched honey again for 20 years. I never wanted to see honey again.

You had a lovely Mother's Day, and it was fun to read about it. I don't know anything about all that honey stuff, but I know about dogs and your granddoggie is adorable. There must be something very interesting living in your ivy.
