the butcher must be an artist. I LOVE THESE. I have not seen meat done like this but there is a store with a deli that has art made from veggies.. love the which way qote

Oh, that IS creative, Ginny. Sometimes when I have a lot of hamburger, I make a meatloaf with spices and carrots and potatoes. Sounds like you have a nice meat section at the grocery store.
