The Age Of Innocence

These paintings are hanging in the main hallway of a Botanical Garden in Richmond, Va.  They were all painted by school children who had visited there. Looks like nature really inspired them! They were under glass, so there are reflections I could not get rid of.

“And so, every artist dips his brush in his own soul, and paints his own nature into his pictures.”

That first quote is ideal for your post. My favorite art is the fourth one...it looks to be a passion flower.

it always surprises me how talented kids are today. I don't remember us being like that back when I was a kid. we were coloring in color books. i love the tree house most of all. the last quote is so true. I totally lose myself when I am in PicMonkey doing my thing. two hours will speed by and I think it is 10 minutes

I have always enjoyed seeing children's artwork on display. It's very nice that the botanical garden displays them. There's a lot of talent there.

Children's drawings and paintings are so special cause they're made with little hands. I really liked all of these, but the tree house in the tree with the swing tire got to me, as I used to swing my son on the swing tire hanging from my aunt's front yard. So many nice memories of that. These children are talented little artists, and their paintings are very special.
