Time to check in with my Lifesaver plant. This succulent got it's name because it's blooms look just like Lifesavers. Even though it is almost winter, mine is still blooming like crazy!
Here is the bloom once it is spent and dying. The pale ones on top are the new buds.
Another new bloom before it open, by my finger.
So there you have it. What an amazing plant!

I had never heard of it. It's beautiful and thank you!
The flowers with stripes are beautiful. I have one too but the flowers are different. The flowers do not have stripes and the flowers are maroon in colour.
Amazing plant I've ever heard of and I've never seen one anywhere other than here. My dad always like to get the little book of Lifesavers for Christmas every year and this made me think of that it truly is amazing
What an amazing and fascinating plant. It really does look like a lifesaver.
Looks like the "spent" one might carry seeds?!!

Aptly named! Truly a fascinating plant. Those blooms look as though they came from a prehistoric garden.
I have never seen one of these before or even heard of it! How amazing!!!
That is incredible. I've never seen it heard of this amazing plant!
Every time I see this, I am amazed with this plant. It's like something I've never seen before. And to see the blooms before opening is so interesting. This is definitely a different kind of cactus. Isn't nature fascinating?
