So true! You find such interesting and unusual subjects for your camera!
Wonderful news in that verse. This is certain a unique sculpture.
I've never seen anything like that before. You do find the most unique things
I do wonder what statement the artist was trying to make! Sure agree with you about that it's reminding us of our Savior who was pierced! You do always find fascinating things to post about Ginny!
That is definitely a unique sculpture. The first thing that popped into my mind when I opened your blog and saw the header was an image from an old b/w cartoon. One baseball character pitches a ball so hard it burns a hole through the glove of the catcher. Don't know why that came to mind!
this is just about the ugliest sculpture ever. i googled the word and got nothing, the word doesn't come up at all. name and sculpture are just plain weird. but the scripture you used is just plain wonderful. agree with Ruth, the news in the verse is Good News indeed. agree with LC you always always find interesting subjects and i love your blog because i never ever never know what i will find here.
An interesting sculpture indeed. Never seen anything like it before! Have a great Sunday!

That's ... weird, even though I get your line of thought I'm not sure I get the artist's ...
I know what it reminds me of too. It has to have something to do with it. He did so much for us didn't he? sandie
If you hadn't seen this before you probably were surprised. Are you going to find out the meaning of the statue. I am very curious. Good luck.
Whatever the meaning is, you should still respect and believe in a positive way in your interpretation.
Greetings,
Filip
Hi Ginny, Happy Super Bowl Sunday to you. May the best team win!!! I personally am for the Giants --but I truly just hope it is a good game. Anxious to see some great commercials also!!!
My Goodness--what a sculpture. I tried to find that word, but couldn't find it anywhere. I'd love to know what the artist meant... It does look as if it is Christ being pierced. If you find out, let us know.
Hugs,
Betsy
Ginny, you find the most interesting sights... and pair them with great scriptures. blessings ~ Tanna
I do love stopping by here Ginny...You always have the most interesting pictures....Very good!
Hi Ginny! I hope you and Phil are doing well! I've never seen a sculpture like this before. You are full of new and interesting things... I love this verse!
Not sure what it means either, I google per google there is no such word ...but I decided to add to my google search definition" "Shugoweh - considering the striped pants this statue is wearing and the pierced hand I'm going to declare in my own world it is " a prison of love"...see that sounds just right does it not? Happy Monday Ginny
Wow how awesome and real is that picture. Thank you for sharing. Blessings.
What a beautiful and powerful picture. Thanks for sharing and for visiting with me over at Becky Jane's. Sweet blessings to you today!
Wow - that is so very cool and so very appropriate!
An odd sculpture ... looks like it should be on a playground or Dr. Seuss story. You find such interesting things around you!
This is an interesting sculpture, and I also thought of Isaiah when I saw your header.
I, too, wonder what the name means, but I initially thought it must be at a church until I saw the striped legs.
I'm thankful He was willing!
Honestly, Ginny, you find the most extraordinary images in your world. VA and WV must be filled with great humored people.
Thanks for sharing I like it joann
Yes, it reminds me of the same thing.
You do have an eye for spotting things to take photos of. I gotta' get out more.
Very interesting, Ginny. Maybe you could find out more about the artist.
It reminded me of the same thing it did you!
I thought for sure it was a sculpture of Jesus' hand, now I am really curious! If you find out will you let us know?
Blessings, Joanne
