Easter With Ella

What have I been doing on my days off the computer? Celebrating Easter with Ella! And it has been a non-stop whirlwind of fun!!! Here are just a few of the pictures of the things we did. We put tiny balls in water and watched them explode into big ones, in my header. Then we had an Easter egg hunt, then made these cute lamb cupcakes. We went to the park, and you can see that even Phil is getting in on the fun here. Then we went to Sweet Frog for self serve frozen yogurt. Then off to the big Bounce & Play place, where we spent a couple hours watching her bounce, climb, and slide. The last two pictures are in the Chick-Fil-A  playground. Can you see her? She was too tired to even slide down the tube, so she curled up under it!! Boys and girls, can you spell EXHAUSTED? All three of us! But I wouldn't have it any other way, it is the best tired in the word!!!

“God doesn't come and go. God lasts. He's Creator of all you can see or imagine. He doesn't get tired out, doesn't pause to catch his breath. And he knows everything, inside and out. He energizes those who get tired…But those who wait upon God get fresh strength. They spread their wings and soar like eagles, They run and don't get tired, they walk and don't lag behind.”
Isaiah 40

I was thinking that I felt exhausted just looking at all that youthful energy erupting all over. Then I read EXHAUSTED. Yup, I was right. LOL

What a wonderful time! So precious! So happy you took the time to just focus on sweet Ella - she will have memories for all of her life of how much fun she had with you and Phil and how much you love her.
Your Scripture is our "life verse" - love it!

Couldn't wait to find out what those balls were in that wonderful header. This post was pure happiness! And the verse was appreciated. May the joy of Easter sustain you and stay with you all through the year!

And Ella is growing up so!

I love the name, Ella...so happy that the names today have such character and charm to them....unlike some of the most crazy names out there....poor babies! But Ella is a most gracious name and beautiful

Great photos. Please send me the one that's near the bottom. We had a great Easter egg hunt on Sunday. It was a scavenger hunt. She had to read the clue inside each egg before she could find the next one. She did a really good job. I'm sorry I missed being with you. I'm coming back up the first week in June.

I got tired just looking at the pictures of all the things you did with Ella. I'm glad Phil could get into the fun at the park, however.
